Feasibility

Feasibility in real estate development represents the series of investigations that take place before an investment is made. These investigations include general due diligence, market analyses, and other practices that determine the highest and best use for any individual parcel.

Feasibility is illustrated through the various investigations conducted during the life of my neighborhood development project.
